BH ServiceHub is the internal operations app of BH Garage Door (“we”, “us”). It is used by our employees and contractors to manage schedules, jobs, customers, inventory, fleet, and team communication. Accounts are created by company administrators — there is no public sign-up.
Information we collect
- Account data — your name, work email, phone number, role, and profile photo, provided when your administrator creates your account.
- Work content — jobs, estimates, invoices, customer records, photos you attach to jobs, messages, and inventory records you create while doing your job.
- Device data — a push-notification token for your device so we can deliver work notifications (new jobs, messages, schedule changes).
- Vehicle data — company trucks carry GPS trackers (IntelliHub). The app displays truck locations; it does not read your phone’s location.
How we use it
Solely to run our business: dispatching and scheduling work, invoicing customers, tracking parts and vehicles, paying technicians, and team messaging. We do not sell personal information, show ads, or use your data for advertising or tracking across other companies’ apps or websites.
Sharing
Data is stored with our infrastructure providers (Vercel, Supabase, Cloudflare) and shared with service providers only as needed to operate the product (e.g. Apple push notifications, SMS delivery, payment processing). Customer-facing documents (estimates, invoices) are shared with the customer they belong to.
Retention & deletion
Business records are kept for as long as the company needs them for operations, accounting, and legal purposes. When an employee leaves, their account is archived and their sign-in is disabled. To request deletion of your account or data, contact your administrator or email us at the address below.
Security
Access requires a company-issued sign-in. Data is encrypted in transit, and access inside the app is limited by role (technician, office, admin).
